RF Locks has a dynamic history that is constantly evolving to satisfy the needs of its customers.

In the past year, I have added security and surveillance systems, because customers in my jobs have found an increasing need to have, not only lock on their doors, but also to know what is happening on their property when they are not there. To that end, I partnered with a company called Niche Technologies that specializes in security and surveillance.

Yet, I am still committed to my core vision of delivering prompt and courteous same-​day service and satisfying my customer base.

I come from a background of selling performance products in the textile industry. The key to my success was building trust with my customers because they relied on my guidance to stay warm in the winter or cool and in the summer. Locksmithing, by ensuring security and peace-​of-​mind, is much the same way.

I believe that the key to being a great locksmith is to educate my customers so that they can make an informed decision about their security.

Hiring a locksmith does not necessarily mean having to replace what you already have. Often times, you can refurbish and optimize your existing equipment. I take great pride in taking an lock or buzzer systems, reworking and updating it, so that it functions as it originally did when it was new. Or if you do have get a new system, I will offer a good, better and best options so that you can make a decision that is right for you.
