Extremely poor customer service. I was unfortunate enough to have Neil as my contact person. He is under the impression that all of us went to school for auto insurance. I cant recall ever meeting a more condescending/​rude person in my life. At the time I was searching for affordable insurance, this was my best option. Knowing what I know now, I would have gladly paid the extra $$ to not have to deal with this guy.
