History

Established in 2005.

I started out as a specialty tile installer for a small contractor in the late 90’s, then moved on to framing, siding, roofing, windows, doors, and finish carpentry. In 2005, I changed hats once again to electrical, plumbing and HVAC. In 2010, I moved to Massachusetts and started sub contracting for other builders, which brings us to present day. On the Spot Residential Services was born as a full service contracting company with experience in every aspect of residential homes. With resources to remodel your kitchens, bathrooms and basements, we also have the resources for smaller jobs such as installing blinds, shelving and lighting fixtures.
