We aspire to passionately motivate, educate and support customers to work on and achieve fitness goals. We exist to help create lifestyles of ultimate fitness and wellness through setting attainable goals, a positive mindset, quality coaching, continuing education, accountability and support.

Strength & Conditioning:

Our goal is to maximize your potential to reach peak conditioning by manipulating both training volume and training intensity. We incorporate strength training and conditioning into personalized programs to drive results. Our trainers are flexible and can create programs to fit in your home or at our facilities. Through proper training not only will you reach your potential at the appropriate time, but also reduce the risk of overtraining and injury. We periodized training programs for customers and athletes when appropriate, a proven technique utilized by professional training coaches alike.

Lean Force’s periodization training program focuses on four important pillars of training such as Conditioning, Strength, Power, and Reactive training. We focus on one-​on-​one personal training sessions and will do small group training sessions upon request to meet members fitness goals.

We currently travel and train customers at various locations such as; Lexington MA, Newton MA, Needham MA, Brookline MA, and the greater Boston area.

History

Established in 2011.

The history and name of this business emerged from a graduate school friend at Tufts University. We were interested in lean management theory and organizational learning. Lean Force training is founded on these principles and is an evidence based training system that builds on quality improvement principles proven to strengthen people, organizations and communities.

Manager

As a certified trainer through (NASM) National Association of Sports Medicine and (CES) Corrective Exercise Specialist, and attaining an M.A. from Tufts University it has given me a solid foundation to develop Lean Force’s periodization training program. An evidence base training system built on continuous improvement, proven to transform people’s lives through effective training methods.

We take a holistic approach to training to build strength, increase mobility, and meet customers at their unique level of training to support their success. Our customers tell us that training has eliminated chronic pain, corrected muscle imbalances due to postural mal-​alignment, and changed their lives based on improved fitness. With our support these changes have had sustained results.

I have been training for over five years, and have had the good fortune to help customers/​athletes achieve wellness and fitness. Let’s work to help you achieve maximum fitness. We know how to get you there!
