He is a member ofthe Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Birth Trauma Litigation Group, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American College of Legal Medicine, the American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He is a member of the Boston Inn of Court, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Birth Trauma Litigation Group, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American College of Legal Medicine, the American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mr. Levine has brought cases to trial in all of the Superior courts in Massachusetts, the United States District Court and had also argued at the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals and the Massachusetts State Supreme Court.
