History

Established in 1982.

I started my RE career in 1982. The day I started I didn’t know if I had the job. The manager asked me to answer the phones. I received a rental call from a potential renter & was told to show them what was available. We met at the office and this older gentleman and his companion asked me to drive with them. I said «Sure»! In the car they asked how long I’ve been in the business and I told them «About an hour»! They laughed saw the apartment and on the way back said «David we are going to make your first day a memorable one, were going to take the place»!

I realized on that first day that this is what I wanted to do. I decided to pursue a full time real estate sales career. I found I loved helping clients, that being honest and going the extra mile has served me well.

My business has grown due largely from past client referrals.

My ongoing challenge is to add another testimonial to the list of satisfied clients, which I hope will be you!
