Business Owner

Cécile is a certified Alexander Technique teacher with a 3 year training in Paris, France. In Brookline for over 20 years teaching students age 7 to 87, she also trained as a Thai Yoga Therapist.

Her work, preventive in essence, is sought after by people interested in reaching their highest potential, be healthy, age gracefully in a pain free body. Many with neck, shoulders, back and joint conditions find it extremely helpful in reducing or eliminating mind and body tension.

Cécile works with a unique style developed by her enthusiasm for her work, her compassion for her students, and her ability to communicate with clarity both through verbal and hands-​on guidance.

Cécile complements her practice by drawing on her experience with exercise, nutrition, meditation and homeopathy. She taught the A.T. at Lesley University, and presented it at medical institutions for Stress Management. She teaches @ the Adult Ed. in Brookline and assists in the training of A.T. teachers in Cambridge.
