Carroll Window Shade

These guys are the best. I have been going to Carroll Shades for many years
now and John is a super nice gentleman. Today i had to get my shade fixed
and it was something minor and John fixed it for free. Such a nice gesture.
They are so professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I have used Carroll Window Shade for the past ten years over three different properties. I cannot recommend John and Carroll Window Shade more. This is a true family business that delivers a superb level of customer service that in this day and age seems to becoming more and more scarce. John is prompt, professional, and courteous, and he does excellent work. The Hunter Douglas blinds are excellent quality and are worth every penny, and Carroll Window Shade stands behind product long after it’s been installed. Most recently, I moved into a much bigger property with enormous windows. Because of the complexity of the order, the blinds and shades arrived in four separate shipments. John actually made four visits out and installed them as they were shipped to him, so I would have as many windows covered as quickly as possible. (Talk about a business going above and beyond!) The particular shades installed over my loft’s 9 foot windows are stunning and really add to the wow factor. Carroll Window Shade is a gem; you will not be disappointed.
