Used them to transport wife to Dr appointment, insurance would not pay for it so I had to pay out of pocket and they would only take cash. I got what they asked for & paid driver. 5 months later I get a call, you have a bill for transport. I say no, I’ve payed for that and I have nursing staff to prove it. Lady on phone was very rude, constantly trying to talk over me and not letting me tell my side. Would HIGHLY NOT recommend this company!

This bus is so convenient for traveling on highway 101. I used it while traveling the coast this winter. Super friendly chatty drivers and wonderfully eclectic local clientele. An excellent way to spend a day traveling the coast! They have bike racks! Goes from north bend and Coos Bay to Brookings and Smith River. Also this line connects to del Norte transit going to Crescent City and south to Arcata.
