I have used them once several years back. The workmanship was great. However, billing/​invoicing was questionable, couldn’t even separate materials and labor. And pretty pricey.
Recently called them for a quote on a larger project, and the estimator was supposed to call me back. Never bothered. That alone would be a one star review. I granted the second star because of the previously good work they did.
At a minimum show the courtesy to call an decline the opportunity to quote.
