Manager Cristina is so unhelpful! Walked out on this customer service reps order because of her hostile attitude and unfriendly demeanor to try to help a 15 year plus customer. Don’t go to this store and #sprint you should teach her customer service skills.

I was there twice in the last 2 weeks for over a total of 3 hours. I was misquoted a price on an upgrade and told I would be called when my phone came in because it HAD to be shipped to the store.
I never received a call when the phone came in and when I went in it was the wrong phone. They said they could return it and order the new one but it would be a 3 week process.
They activated the new phone despite the fact that I wanted to return and so I had to wait even longer for them to switch the service back to my original phone.
I took the new phone home still in the case because apparently they can’t actually return it I have to wait for sprint to send me a different box to return it in. I called customer service and they were able to process the return over the phone AND ship me the correct phone directly to my house simultaneously rather than having to wait for the return to be processed.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTLY!

The workers are bored kids that offer no help whatsoever! Getting any information from them was like pulling teeth. We even went back multiple times to find different salespeople to help us but to no avail.
When we asked about a product, the sales-​boy said he didn’t know much about it because he wasn’t trained to sell those particular phones. When we inquired about the owners whereabouts, we were told he only shows up to drop off supplies and is in-​and-​out. All of our questions were answered with short, condescending responses as if we should already know the product.
Finally, we inquired where the next local Spring store was, and were told it was all the way on the coastline. We googled it and found two at the nearest mall one town over.
