Marty’s specializes in made to order pizzas with 100% real mozzarella cheese and Marty’s own recipe pizza sausage, pizza crust made fresh daily, and pizza sauce. Marty’s has a large selection of pasta dinners, subs, salad, and appetizers. Marty’s specializes in large group catering up to 2000 people with pizzas, pasta trays, party subs, taco bars, and fajita bars.
History
Established in 1957.
In 1957 after selling pizzas out of his grocery store Marty Skibosh decided to make Marty’s a full service restaurant in Brookfield. Over the years Marty’s has opened up a second location in Delafield, gone into delivering our famous thin crust pizza, and expanded our catering.
