Their coupons are terrific… their service is not. I would like to think this was an isolated incident but I have been in this store at least a half dozen times and the lines at the cutting table were extremely long. I waited at least 20 minutes yesterday before I gave up and walked out of the store. I’d rather shop on line (which I did) than be frustrated by this store’s total lack of customer service. There was plenty of staff in the store, just not at the cutting table. No way to run a business.

Great place to get fabric!
Biggest gripe: the staff… Everyone I encountered seemed young and as if they didn’t want to be there.
I’m attempting a tutu for my (soon to be 1) birthday party and when I asked the girl cutting the tule a question about the length she ha no idea.
You would think the people cutting the fabric would be crafty and knowledgeable. Oh we’ll, foolish me. :-/
