Love Glow for tanning. The beds are always clean and you don’t have to worry about not getting tan. As far as getting in without an appointment, never had an issue.

I have been going to glow for over a year now. Their beds especially the Matrix are effective and clean. Their customer service has always been lacking. However, I have always ignored it because the beds are in excellent shape and the facility is extremely clean. Unfortunately, today was a different story. I made an appointment for the matrix bed as there is only one. When I arrived for my scheduled time, my bed was given to someone else. I was told the customer had seven minutes left which would have me waiting between 10 – 15 minutes. I ended up using a different bed because I was short on time which was the reason for my appointment. I won’t be back.

Glow is the best! Have you every had a mani/​pedi and something still was just a little off or wasn’t as you expected? Well, every time I get my nails done at Glow, they are just perfect… seriously! Plus, Kim’s personality is so fun and she is really cool to talk with. I never feel pressured or awkward at Glow, that’s why I keep coming back. Kim has been doing nails for years and is really great at being on top of trends and has a great color selection. Every manicure I’ve had seems to last a week longer than any other. That’s saying a lot as I’m a nurse and wash my hands constantly. I love Glow!

My husband and I wanted to start tanning so that we would be ready to go on a Caribbean vacation later this spring. He had never been tanning before and I had been a couple times years ago. The woman who was working when we stopped in was very informative and nice.
She didn’t seem like a tanning know-​it-​all and was patient in explaining all the different beds and pricing to us. Every time since we have gone in we have been met by super friendly staff, a relaxed and open environment. Very clean, peaceful, and fair pricing.

My skin is normally a soft, golden pumpkin color too, as I find myself getting the best of two [girl] worlds at Kimberly’s shop: nails and tanning. The ladies and the facilities at Glow make any girl feel beautiful. It is a higher-​end salon that offers the finest manicures, pedicures, and tanning equipment. I have patronized many spas and salons offering the same services, but no other shop has provided the service and attention of Glow. All you need really is a cocktail and you would have the trifecta of fabulous at this beauty lounge. Glow stands out among its competition, because it is hip and warm. There is also comfort in knowing that the beds are meticulously maintained and just the overall cleanliness of the shop. When a patron leaves Glow, they should feel well taken care of, as I consistently do. I have never left unhappy with whatever service I purchase – sometimes multiple in one visit. This is the case with many others, as I have heard during my times in the shop over the years. Like me, they have been longtime customers. Why do we return? Because, you feel beautiful and good when you walk out the doors of Glow. Just check the smiling faces of those familiar folks that you cross paths with when you stop in.
