If I can give them a negative star I would. I am pregnant and unable to walk around for too long and asked my husband to pick up a package. The person refused unless I was there or had my ID, meanwhile they wanted to close the store immediately without waiting for my husband. I don’t recommend this location at all!

Greedy people who are notorious in Bronxville for overcharging for EVERYTHING. The doctors and I next door to them joked that the woman who owns it would charge us for just walking in if she could. And she is unfriendly in a VERY friendly village. It’s a shame.

Saturday placed an online order and selected this location for pick-​up. I called to confirm receipt and left my number in case of any problems because it was urgent that I had them on Monday morning. I arrived on Monday morning to collect my order and was told it was rejected because it was too big. The order had no bounding, no stapling just straight copies! TOO BIG, tha’ts your JOB!!! I reminded her that I called and left my number, why didn’t I get a call. She told me she was too busy to call!
I almost jumped over the counter to strangle her… she was so «whatever» about this. I will NEVER use that location again for ANYTHING. I have lodged a complaint with their home office… UPS should be embarrassed to have her representing them.
