Zales Jewelers

I had a wonderful experience at the store. My son purchased my Christmas charms from here and I was beyond pleased with the selection, service, professionalism and product. In fact I was given a promotion I didn’t know existed.

I’m just going to list points on why this store is beyond horrible.
1) My brother in law decides to purchase a wedding ring for my sister. He picks one out and purchases it. Very beautiful and expensive ring. He picks it up a week later and notices the diamond is chipped in the inside. This only can occur at the hands of the jeweler who fits the diamond on the ring. How the jeweler didn’t notice is very irresponsible or he didn’t care. So the store says sorry and gives him a slight upgrade to an even better ring. Sounds nice right?! Nope.
2) My brother in law goes back to pick up the new ring and wouldn’t you believe… yet again there is a chip in the diamond, a totally different diamond. I thought this was a joke. How incompetent can someone be to have this happen twice?! Anyway, they again state they are sorry and replace it. Finally after two bad experiences they got it right. Oh you thought I was done?! It gets better…
3) During this last encounter my wife decides that it’s best she gets her ring cleaned and polished, which I got for her years ago at a Zales in Manhattan. The woman takes the ring, fills out the paperwork and tells my wife it’ll be ready in about 2 weeks. Well Monday came and went and when we called she stated it was delayed and will be ready on a Thursday. Well today is Thursday and when my wife calls to confirm if the ring is ready they state they cannot find it!!! How on Earth did they manage to lose a wedding ring!!! So after requesting to speak with the manager after being on hold for ten minutes they magically found it. I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life like I have at this store. I wish I was making this up. This store doesn’t even deserve a star. Avoid this store at all costs!!!
10÷24÷14: Just an update, Zales called today and stated the ring is ready for pick up. We already picked it up yesterday. Smh. This place needs help.
