I was visiting Yankee stadium and it was my first time in NY so I wanted to try some«New York pizza» and wow, do I want to move to NY just for the pizza here. It was so delicious with a great assortment of toppings. The crust was the perfect combo of softness and crunch and it wasn’t greasy like other pizzas. So so good

The only good thing about this pizzeria is that the stay open late until the Yankees game is over and you can get a mediocre slice for your trip home.

I stopped by this place last week while visiting Yankee Stadium and was pretty impressed by the pizza here. The sign in the front said this place was called NEWSTADIUMPIZZA so I’m assuming this is the same place since it was at the same address. I went in and ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza as I was starving. The pizza was great. The cheese was fresh and very tasty and had that gooey taste to it. The pepperoni was also nice and flavorful. When I think of New York, I think of places like this. The price of the pizza wasn’t bad. I’d love to come back here and attend a Yankee game. I’ll be sure to check out this spot as I was pretty happy with the fresh taste of the pizza!

Take a pass on the crappy Stadium food and take a trip to Yankee Pizza before the game. The pizza is good but if you want a real good pre-game meal go for the Gyro. Some of the best I have ever had. They do occasionally run out of meat, if that’s the case go for the Jamaican patties with some cheese. I go to about a dozen games a year and Yankee Pizza has become part of the pre-game ritual.
