Specialties
We offer classes to children as early as 2 years old. Students learn to be confident in themselves and respectful to others. We teach student to stand up to bullies and excel academically.
Our adult program consist of building stamina through a great cardio-vascular workout. Self defense and weapon training are part of our curriculum.
