The worse slow service you can imagine… what exactly the store’s General Manger do??? Seriously Toy R us headquarter need put more attention in this store with secret shoppers.

I rarely go here to buy something, because they don’t always have what I’m looking for. You have to go on a journey to fine someone to ask a question for an item. The last time I was there a grandma asked me of a yugioh figurine and I explained everything I knew of it, because the staff member didn’t know anything when she asked him. She said I should work there, he was pissed and walked away. Oh yeah, because of my knowledge she bought the item. Lol

This location is disgustingly horrible. We had to pick up a baby gift for a baby shower that we were attending, but were horrified by the lack of organization at this Babies R Us. Clothes were all over the place and it was difficult finding a sales associate to assist us. We approached one sales associate and showed her the registry, however, she stated that she did not know how to locate any of the items. Smh… all I could think was really lady?! We then located a store manager who was busy having a conversation with another sales associate. We requested her assistance and her staff proceeded to do bird calls amongst each other. Yes Unilocalers actual BIRDCALLS… I was so disgusted that my patience was running thin. We had one objective, to get a gift, but the process was delayed by foolish behavior. Next we took it upon ourselves to locate another sales associate who was more helpful. She stated that we would have to go to a Babies R Us location on 14th street in order to locate most items on the registry. I thought that was odd, however, she eventually found us one gift on the baby registry. We literally ran out of there once we were done… I have been to much more organized, cleaner and professional Babies R Us locations. Avoid this location ATALLCOSTS!

This place is the absolute worst. Consistently inadequately staffed with long lines and never an adequate amount of products in stock. I’ve been to other toys r us in nicer neighborhoods and they are well kept, organized and staffed. Maybe this location is the way it is because they neighborhood is not as nice, or the residents don’t meet the socio-economic level toys r us needs in order to run it properly.

Toys r us return policies are ridiculous. I purchased something online for $ 435(debit purchase) which was supposed to be in stock. I go to pick it up about an hour later and to my surprise the product wasn’t there. Instead of returning my money immediately they told me it would take 7 – 10 business days. The worst part of it was that I couldn’t even purchase the product from one of their other stores cause they(TOYS R US) cancelled my order. I felt as if I got duped and suckered by the huge corporation. I then went and purchased the product at Target for less money and with no hassle.

It’s really unorganized and messy here. The costumer services isn’t all that great either. It’s clear that they don’t want to be at work. When I go back it’s always a quick in and out. I grab what I need and leave.

The store itself seems pretty clean and organized. However the staff I can’t say as much. I purchased a Schwinn bike for the summer and paid the extra cost for it to be assembled for me. They took down my information and told me it’d be ready in 24 – 48 hours, and then they’d call for me to go pick it up. I gave it 48 hours, no phone call, so I went up there to see for myself if it was done. The lady at the customer service counter was on the phone with her back turned to us for five minutes until she finally turned around & acknowledged that we were standing there. She had such a nasty, unfriendly look on her face before I even opened my mouth. I told her my situation and she paged someone on the walkie-talkie to check on the status of my bike. Waited ten more minutes for a reply & she told me that it still wasn’t ready & to give it until tomorrow. Ugh. I’m already disgusted with this place & this is only my first time making a purchase from here. Maybe it’ll be better if I’m taking something home with me on the same day, but as for their services they SUCK!

I worked here for a couple of months and hated it. It was so disorganized the bathrooms were NEVER clean and they are terrible at answering phones. Sometimes the phones go down so you cant even reach the store. I would definitely not shop here or work here ever again.

The last time I spoke of a toys r us, I was very bad, because, for some reason they had no carts, but low and behold they have them here, and the staff are very helpful.
