The Wine Cellarage was founded in 2003 by Lars Neubohn. After a ten-​year career in the financial services industry, Mr. Neubohn saw the need for a full service customer-​focused wine storage facility in New York City. By combining customer service and operational execution, The Wine Cellarage has become one of the most reputable wine services providers in the Northeast.

We recently relocated and were told by our moving company that they would not ship our wine collection. After a decent amount of investigation, I came across The Wine Cellarage. Nusrat provided us with speedy quote for multiple options. I ended up waiting until the last minute to take care of our wine and she was able to express ship the boxes to pack myself. She coordinated the box delivery (including little extras for my dessert wine), FedEx pickup and delivery. She also contacted me when I only sent 5⁄6 boxes to make sure there was no issue. Her communication was speedy and helpful, exactly what you need during a high stress move with expensive wine in tow. Highly recommend The Wine Cellarage, especially Nusrat.

I did a ton of research before shipping a personal wine cellar from Los Angeles to NYC. Although the prices for many of the shippers highlighted in Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator articles were relatively similar, the conscientious and fast responses from Nusrat at Wine Cellarage made my choosing them easy. It was amazing service and great communication on every level from box shipping to pick up to delivery with a couple weeks of storage while we were getting settled in. Every member of the team from our pick up rep, Christian to the delivery guys (Joseph? And???) And of course our coordinator, quarterback, Nusrat!
And the bottles were all in perfect condition and perfect cellar temp. on delivery even on a hot July day! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any wine moves you might have, and from the looks of their website and E-​mail blasts they have a very impressive selection of wines for sale as well, can’t wait to add to the collection!
