Super Class Radio Dispatch

Worst cab company ever my girl friend took a cab from burnside to gun hill and they asked for $ 20.00 are u kidding me then had the nerve to leave her in a random area after she told her that it was too much then wanted to argue and fight with her smh it was there lost

We used Super Class on Saturday night after a wedding at the NY Botanical Gardens in the Bronx. We were heading home to Brooklyn and experienced a few things that were not «super» at all:
1) The driver barely spoke English.
2) The car was not a Town Car, but a small Honda.
3) The driver had not heard of the BQE/​278. WTF???
4) The driver did not have an EZ-​Pass. Really?!? Even if you use it once a year, it’s worth it just to have an EZ-​Pass in the car. It doesn’t cost you anything, the tolls are discounted and you don’t have to wait in line!
We will NEVER use this company again. Definitely NOT super.

I mostly hate the system liberty cab drivers go by. They pick you up, and just tell you what the price is. which, of course is affected by how well they are doing that night, or day. So, for a trip that would usually cost you $ 7, they can all of a sudden try to charge you $ 11! I also think they are a little too aggressive while driving, but then again, we are talking about New York here…
I have always used Super Class because I see less of that pricing problem with them. One or two drivers will always try to see if they can get away with it, but most are honest hard working drivers. I love that there is always one close by and my longest wait time ever has been 7 minutes! (I know that’s just luck!) But anyways, they are my cab company of choice… at least for the time being.
