It’s Subway. This one doesn’t seem to be that awful and I have grabbed food here before hopping my train back home on several occasions when Starbucks was a zoo, the line at Chipotle was unmoving and Primavera Café had no pernil at their buffet. They seem to go on the light side with all toppings EXCEPT lettuce. Even when I specify«a LITTLE lettuce» I get a fistful. Other than that it’s a typical Subway experience — though they seem to be lacking a couple menu choices(Seafood delight — I realize I’m probably the only person who likes their mystery meat seafood salad — and pastrami spring to mind) There is rarely a line, which I like.

I have stopped in here quickly for lunch and I was please with the service, price and product. They do a good job and they do it quickly. I would highly recommend this sandwich shop

One of the friendlier subways I have visited. Management must have seen some of the older reviews because today the staff are attentive and amicable, and the sandwiches are just as good as any other subway.

You’re in a chain, so you know the menu. I’ve been here more than once as it’s a convenient stop on my way home, but enough’s enough. If they don’t scrimp on the servings with the meager helpings of meat applied to sandwiches, they’re often out ingredients as basic as chicken. I’ve had to repeat my order repeatedly & how difficult is «chicken parm on Italian bread with provolone cheese» to remember? You also need to pay very close attention to what they charge you for. On my last visit, I was overcharged by $ 4 and didn’t notice until I got home. And for a healthy place, it’s a little disconcerting to see their employees smoking in front of the restaurant on their breaks. Would not recommend.

I actually really like it here, its a relief from the campus over priced food and its a five minute walk. The food is standard subway, great a usual. I like that there is a lot of seating options and the workers are friendly.

Funny odor –_– I don’t know if they pretend not to know what they are doing or if they truly don’t. I had to repeat my bread preference more times that I wanted. The sandwich couldn’t taste bad, I mean its subway the workers just pile the stuff on. Service sucks though.

Okay. in all due respect. SCREWTHISPLACE! I go to the university across the street and have picked up lunch at this Subway a few times. E V E R Y single time, without fail, I had to deal with the shittiest customer service I have ever seen. The workers are complete idiots. They take forever to make one simple sandwich for you because they take their damn time chit chatting away with each other. The same degenerate was the cashier at least 3 times that I went and she was the worst out of all of them. First of all, she totally favors assholes like herself(and there’s A LOT of them — c’mon, it’s Fordham Road). she will give them crazy discounts and free things and THEN will stand there talking to them while you and the 5 people behind you are waiting to be rung up. Second, the bitch can’t count. One time, my food came out to be about $ 7. I gave her a $ 20, and what does she give me back? $ 13? NOO she gives me $ 7 — then she gives me attitude when I KINDLY correct her. She has given me wrong change TWICE. I don’t understand why or how she is responsible for the money in the register — she should be cleaning the toilets or something. Needless to say, I stopped going to this place. They desperately need new workers if they want business to flourish. … Oh I forgot to mention how also TWOTIMES they forgot to put my chicken breast into my sandwich after heating it… they just left it in the microwave –_–
