while the person doing the intake was very accomodating… i was taken aback by the fact that their brochure shows a stand up MRI but when i arrived was taken to a closed MRI. …i have claustrophobia which is the reason i wanted the stand up MRI… the tech was matter of fact and told me to come back for another appointment… but i insisted on seeing how far into the tube i would have to go since this involved a lower extremity… i was able to do it but did not like the fact it was a surprise and no one on the phone or at the site asked me in advance if i had claustrophobia… seemed like a bunch of kids operating the place… will probably seek another option.

This is an update from a previous review. While I found the staff pleasant and the location clean, they were VERY lame in getting my MRI onto a CD so that my doctor could view the images. It took hours on the phone and in person to get useful information from them. And they made a HUGE mistake on my bill, costing me hundreds of dollars. Eventually they gave me a refund. I needed a follow-up MRI on a related area, and my doctor instructed me NOT to go back there — their work is not quality and the images were not clear. So what I saved cost me in the long run. And I need to go to a «full immersion» MRI anyway, because Stand-Up MRI quality is so low.
