We have fiber-​optic sewer inspection camera’s, infrared thermal imaging cameras, sub surface leak detection equipment and much more in our arsenal. Most important is our many years of experience in handling trouble sewer and water leak issues in the nonintrusive way.

Business Owner

Owner Bill Ryan comes from a father-​son background in the plumbing industry. Bill’s son Brendon when he was little looked like the cartoon Sluggo from Nancy and Sluggo comics in the1930s. Bill’s father Robert called his grandson Brendon Sluggo as a nick name. Bill worked for a NYC agency for many years doing sewer and water main repair’s installation and service. Working through the years in NYC in the plumbing sewer & drain industry Bill had a vision for a company to build for his sons and family. When the time was right Bill formed Sluggo’s Sewer & Drain Service, LLC. Investing in high-​tech equipment and spending a lot of time with visualization and branding of the company he reached out to Parisi studios to design a completely original Sluggo character for the company. Bill says although we approach our characters with humor in our logo and advertising we understand that sewer & water leaks are very stressful and we are 100% professional in solving those issues.
