Was referred to Dr. Silva by my insurance company for a procedure that I was terrified to get. Professional, competent, polite, personable and reassuring, my surgery went better than I could have ever expected, no billing problems, no physical complications. Aside from the wait in his outpatient facility in Bronxville, Dr. Silva was perfect. Highly recommend!
