History

Established in 1947.

Over 65 years ago, Scovotti Insurance was founded by Anthony C. and Louis Scovotti. The agency still stands on its original location but has expanded four times to its current size. The second generation Scovotti’s, Chris and Anthony, now own and manage the agency and continue to build on the family tradition of commitment to their clients and community.

Christopher Scovotti — President. BS Finance, Fordham University, 1974. Past president of Independent Insurance Agents of Westchester and Bronx Counties, member of Independent Insurance Agents Association of New York and has served on the Board and Executive Committees of various civic and church organizations. Chris has extensive Insurance experience. He understands your questions and has access to many insurance companies that can provide you with the services and coverage you need at competitive prices.

Anthony Scovotti — Vice President. BS Economics, Manhattan College, 1972, Iona College MBA 1976. Past Legislative Chairman of Independent Insurance Agents of Westchester and the Bronx, member of Independent Insurance Agents of New York. Anthony has extensive experience in both personal and business insurance.
