There are many Chinese spots in this area but this is by far the best. Food choices and prices are great. Super fast delivery. Open later than the other places.

This place went downhill fast. Pioneer used to be my go-to for greasy Chinese take-out: it was adjacent to the bus stop, it was fast and tasty, and they were super nice. While it’s still next to the bus stop, the counter people completely changed and are now all-business. The last two times(and final two times) I have gotten food, it was borderline inedible: the chicken and eggplant in simple brown sauce is the latest example. The chicken was nearly mush, and I questioned what meat it really was. The eggplant was nearly raw, the other veggies in there were either raw or overcooked to mush, and there was almost no sauce to be found. Given that the whole half of that block now sweats cigarette smoke and garbage from the sidewalk, I’ll be avoiding this place from now on.

Now this is a place I still get food from when I am in the Bronx to visit now-a-days. –I usually get the Fried Crab Sticks because they really represent here and give you nice ones, I get it with Pork Fried Rice or Veg. Fried Rice. –Vegetable Soup here is also one of my favs. –Last Time I was ordered from them i got BBQ spare ribs with rice and egg roll. It was really good. Ribs were pretty sauced up. I enjoyed it. –They also have like the best Chicken Fried Rice here, I don’t know why but the chicken I guess just tastes really good here. — i recommend a visit or like me just get delivery whenever you are in the area. The deliver pretty late on friday and sat nights. Other days only until 10PM I think
