I live in Astoria and ride a bike. I hope they catch the creep that did this and I hope this company goes out of business if not.

These guys are thugs and criminals. Use someone else.

Yeah, this is exactly the type of company you WANT TO AVOID. Take your business elsewhere, there are PLENTY of reputable heating/​plumbing companies that do not employ criminals.

The woman answering the phone was very rude. What kind of people would do this?

Shame on this company.

One of the drivers for this company tried to run over a cyclist in a fit of road rage. He hit him twice and kept going as the cyclist was being carried by holding onto the windshield wipers. The driver then ran over the bike and took off never stopping to check on the injured cyclists. I personally would never do business with this company until they can confirm they fired that ass hole. Keep him off the road.

Aggressive drivers!

I wouldn’t trust them inside your house!:

Do not use this business! One of their drivers tried to kill a bike rider. I don’t know how their service is, but I doubt you want someone with that much rage coming into your home.

Someone driving a Pat’s Plumbing truck agressively hit and run a bike rider in Queens, with several witnesses.
The company seems to be denying involvement but I would think twice before patronizing their business.

RUN FAR AWAY!!! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered regarding customer service. The staff is disgustingly unprofessional and the company is highway robbery. They tried to charge me $ 425 for a part that I didn’t even need. I did some research on the part and called a few other contracters just to learn that the part at most only cost $ 130. Thankfully I refuesd the part and called another contractor and I didn’t even need any parts just some minor wiring. They misrepresented their contracts that they offer as I wasn’t even informed their was more than one contract. Then I wasn’t even giving a copy until weeks later. Finally after a week of calling to speak with the owner Pat Sementa, I finally was put through just to experience an even more disturbing level of professionalism. I will definitely be reporting my complaint to the BBB. Save your self the agony and go somewhere else.

We were recommended this plumbing company by Coned themselves. We have a third floor apartment that we were putting someone in. It has been in disuse for a few years. Coned told us we needed a plumber to check out the pipes before they could turn on the gas. I called Pat Semetes and someone came– but instead of looking at the third floor apartment they looked at the boiler in our FIRST floor apartment and gave us a quote for $ 5K+ to REPLACE the boiler! Next to this when our aide tried to tell him he should be looking at another apartment he was rude to her. I called the company to ask them what this was about and they asked us to call back to make another appointment for the job they were supposed to give us a quote for in the first place.
Too bad Roto Rooter couldn’t help us with this issue. We’ve had better service for our plumbing needs from them.
