Party Pose NY

We hired Party Pose for our party and they were horrible and completely unprofessional. We paid $ 450 for 3 hours, not including setup or breakdown. Communication in the weeks leading up to the party were weak and we were not sent our template until a day or two before the party and it was horrible and cheesy. Karina blamed it on not receiving any information on what we wanted but frankly, she had never asked. This should have been the first red flag. Two young men were sent to run the booth by Karina and they broke the booth down after 2 hours in the middle of the party. Karina did not have the times of our party correct so they arrived an hour earlier than agreed upon but nevertheless, setup time was not to be counted towards your time so they only provided us 2 hours of service even by her calculations. After an argument ensued and one of the men left to «go to his real job», the other reluctantly stayed for another hour (even though this is what we paid for and they decided to show up an hour earlier than agreed upon). Not only was this completely embarrassing in front of our guests, the aftermath was not handled in the best way by Karina. After exchanging a number of emails and talking about the time stamps on the pictures, she refused to accept responsibility for what happened and continued to blame us. She tried to tell us that our guests arrived an hour earlier than they did and refused to acknowledge her camera stamp was an hour off. The venue confirmed when people started arriving and it wasn’t when Karina stated. Even if her camera stamp was correct, it still shows that they broke the booth down adter 2 hours. She did say she would give me my money back and gave me $ 300 which was not the full amount. Instead of just apologizing, saying they messed up, and accepting responsibility for her employees actions, she lies and distorts the truth to make it your fault even though when you look at the details, her math and logic don’t add up. As my friend said, you get what you pay for.

Party Pose is awesome! Extremely professional and honest. Had the pleasure of finding them on groupon and from the beginning I just clicked with Lisa. Liked her immediately. Used their photo booth for my daughters sweet 16 and it was a hit. Lisa kept the party flowing and everyone enjoyed the Booth, young and old. A friend inquired who I was using and ended up booking Party Pose as well.
Have recommended Party Pose to 2 additional friends and I look forward to seeing Lisa and company this weekend at another sweet16

5 stars to party pose NY. I hired them for my brother’s wedding on 8÷30÷15 and they worked with me from the first day I contacted them. They got back to me in a timely manner, gave excellent customer service, listened to what I wanted and presented it to me in a timely manner. The wedding was running behind and they pushed their service back just to accommodate us!!! I didn’t even have to ask for it. My only regret is not having any cash left over to give them a bigger tip. They were lovely and will definitely use them again and will recommend them.

We went with party pose for our wedding and they were fantastic. The photobooth was setup in a timely manner. There was enough space to squeeze in group photos of 8+. Many photobooth have a tight space and near background
Outfits! This makes or breaks a photobooth. We even made some of our own. But party pose had plenty including V, cowboys, funny signs, etc
Also the logo design on the strips were perfect. They helped insert most of them into a photobook and steered a happily drunk crowd to do so. This led to many guest entries without us having to micromanage !
Would use them again :)

Professional, personable & awesome. Handled my large scale event with ease. All guests enjoyed.
