Horrible, they are THIEVES!!! I Finally cancelled my delivery after waiting for 2 hours. I called to the restaurant, they never placed my order! They still charged me!!! The Seamless agent had to call and talk to the manager, the manager was lying that everything was delivered. «Is there any issue with your delivery order?» –YES! IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED AND YOU CHARGED ME!

Horrible! I gave this papa johns a second chance after horrible service and boy was I wrong. Ordered a specialty pizza and got a cheese pizza with the cheese halfway off the crust. Ordered a Sierra Mist and got an orange crush. Not only that, but the delivery guy was blaring music that could rupture your eardrums. This place is a joke of a business. Never again will they get a dime from me. Never. Again.

Disappointed. Didn’t even get my food. I ordered at 10:21. They called at 10:33 to confirm the order then again at 10:44. The wait time originally stated it would arrive at 11:15. Then when they called the second time they said it would arrive in an hour. How does it jump from 11:15 to 11:44? Unacceptable.

The food is fine, but this place gets one star because of their poor delivery service. I have ordered online from this store various times and at least 3 times the delivery guy had a problem with getting out of his car to bring up the food. I live in a private house and there is always parking available in front of my driveway. This guy even went as far as acting like he couldn’t hear me telling him to come up by yelling «I can’t hear you, just come to the car.» The purpose of delivery is to have food delivered TO YOU, not to have to put on your coat and boots in the dead of winter to go and get your food from the lazy delivery guy’s car. Will not be ordering from here ever again.
