My name is Chad. I’m from Seattle, Wa. but I’ve lived in this area of the Bronx for over 25 years. My wife is from Caguas P.R. and our son goes to school down the block at PS 100. We are here to serve our community. I went to school for my undergraduate right here in NYC Baruch College. My background covers both finance and real estate. I have experience with many legal documents. If I can’t service your needs I promise to help you find a solution. My office is available to you for scanning, faxing, and making copies.
