Great nails every time. The best nail salon I’ve been to in my 10 years of getting my nails done. :)

So far, so good. I’ve only been here once before but Samantha managed to revive a terrible nail job from another nail spot I had gone to on Halloween. She took her time and «nailed» the pointy shape. I didn’t get a chance to do any designs, just a classic nude.
I was there for a long time but since I had booked an appointment, I didn’t have to worry about waiting for my turn. The entire time spent there was dedicated to me and we had a genuine conversation throughout my visit. Great customer service!

I’ve been looking for a salon that does nice acrylics endlessly. Even willing to travel as far as queens to find one person that would do my nails how I like. Detailed, well done, feminine …
Went to a couple salons and my nails kept falling off and looked horrendous …
After much searching I think I finally found someone to do my nails … Fallon ! I got my nails done today and she did exactly what I asked her … Nothing fancy because I wanted simple .
A job welI done. I’ve been in ny 5 months and finally found a place that I may just make my permanent nail salon .
I’ll be going back for a fill in a couple weeks from now. Thank you for taking your time and listening girl !

Sad to write this review, I really wanted to make this my new nail spot. After seeing all the great reviews and photos I decided to make an appointment. I got a gel manicure with stones on the nails and left pretty unhappy. $ 35 dollars later… the glue from the stones was sloppy and poorly applied, one of the stones fell off 3 days later, and less than a week later my nails have already started to chip. I think maybe she put too much on with each layer because it started to warp and drip on the sides. This NEVER happens to me with gel.
What was upsetting also was the manicurist was on her phone the entire time, didn’t even introduce herself, not even a «Hi, how are you?»
That being said, the girl sitting next to me was having her nails done by Maria I believe… and her nails looked AMAZING. The place looks decent. needs an update including some new chairs, the tiny ottomans are not comfortable. Obviously the 1 star is for my experience only, maybe you’ll have better luck.

I haven’t found a spot that was super down to earth, everyone gets along, it’s clean very friendly. AND YOU GET WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR.
I wanted the coffin nail and I got it. Sam did such a good job on my nails. And she asked me what I wanted, how I wanted. She told how she was going to do my polish and how main coats she was going.
I will definitely be coming back here. I just gotta see how hard they go on the feet (I got bad feet!) and then I will be 100% sold

I absolutely love this place. The set up is kinda small because it’s also a hair salon but their very clean and take time with your nails. Marie did my pedicure and it’s been two weeks and their still looking good and the paint hasn’t chipped or anything. Fallon did an acrylic wrap on my nails and even though I do see the new growth my nails still look good.
I also like the fact that you have to call and make an appointment that way your never waiting too long. Fallon told me their busy days are Friday’s and Saturdays so if you want to go there make your appointment in advance. Their all very sweet and nice and they except credit and debit cards which is so helpful when you forget to go to the bank. I love this place and I’m happy I found a great nail salon near me.

I had a great experience. Did my nails with Fallon and her work was excellent! She took her time and I showed her a design I wanted and she NAILED it! Lol I will definitely go there from now on.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Fallon does such an excellent job and takes her time doing your nails. She makes my nails always look as though I just got a new set and they never lift (I go ever y 3 weeks). Very clean and nicely done. The nail salon is always clean. I recommend this nail salon to anyone who likes a job well done. I always make an appointment, and I have never had to wait. I am highly satisfied and I am always getting complimented on my nails.

I have been coming for a few months, Fallon has literally taken my nails to the next level. I never have to worry about her service or design ideas because she’s innovative, attentive, and passionate about her clientele and work. This nail salon is a diamond in the neighborhood with clean stations, great customer service, and amazing music. I have recommended five people who all love this place. Fallon will always have a client in me.

I got my first gel mani ever done here and I was not very impressed. I was the last client for the day for my manicurist and I don’t think she was pleased at all to still be there at 8pm. The person who greeted me (I believe she was the owner) was very courteous and told me to sit down at a station. The girl who was doing my nails didn’t say one word to for about 20 minutes (not even hello) except to ask me what color I wanted. And the gel job was sloppy, really thick in some places. She also made me bleed a little when getting my hangnails, which I have never had happen to me before. She didn’t apologize either, just applied some pressure with a paper towel and looked away. I peeped it though, boo. I am only giving three stars because the pedicure I also got was pretty good, she did a nice job on the painting and getting my calluses. My feet felt great afterwards. But I can get a nice pedicure somewhere else. Will not be returning.

I don’t know what these haters are talking about nail factory is the shit!!! I loveeee Fallon she makes your visions come to life the environment is awesome; everyone is so lovely and funny and kat is extra nice because if she orders out she asks everyone in the salon if they want something nice jester. Overall very professional and everything is on point been coming here for ah year already and I will continue to come back!!!

The atmosphere to me is great everyone is so friendly! Kat is so AMAZING at what she goes! I always get compliments on my nails everywhere I go !!

I’ve been getting my nails done for about 20 years at several different places, in 3 different boroughs. Kathy, at Nail Factory is the best. Since I first went to her about 3 years ago, I’ve not gone anywhere else. Except once. Recently. I had missed my appointment, didn’t want to wait, and decided to go elsewhere. What a regret! I’ll never do that again. Nail Factory all the way. Faithfully. Every two weeks.
I read that it is a dirty place. Visit. It is not. Maria is always cleaning and sweeping when it seems there’s nothing to clean and sweep.
It’s a little family in there. Every one gets along. It’s comfortable and down to earth. I recommend all the time.
I’m constantly complimented on my nails. ;-D

I wrote a review for this place and it got taken down, hmmm. Ok, so here we go again.
I agree this place is very outdated, floors are cracked, very disorganized, towels, paper towels thrown around, you can tell it is not cleaned frequently. The bathroom ewww, omg women work here and it is so disgusting lol.
I had an appt with one of the girls for 7:30pm came in at 7:35pm and she had started eating a pizza? Then she tells me to wait while she finishes eating and having a conversation with some guys there. 7:45pm they leave and she gets up and leaves the store to buy a drink. Finally at 8pm she gets started. The nails came out fine, what I didn’t like was that I told her twice that I wanted a gel top coat and that wasn’t done, but I was running late to another appt and she was too busy talking about bs to the owner and on her phone.
Before, I had made the appt, I asked if they took cards and was told yes, when I gave her my card she tells me its, $ 20 but I was charged a $ 2 fee for using it which I felt was so sneaky.
Anyways, I called to schedule another appt a few weeks later, I usually give people a 2^nd chance (Foolish me). I called on a day that it was snowing outside and thought ok, I should be able to get that appt. When I called, Fallon answers I asked for the appt and she rudely says, «ummm, you can come, but you can’t get any designs, I ain’t doing designs» (EXCUSE ME???) I said ok and hung up. Really? That’s how you respond to a client? Woman, I’m paying YOU, you’re not paying me!!!
Hence, I won’t be back. You’re business will be short lived with that arrogance and lack of professionalism. They have books and seminars on customer service skills and interacting with people, PLEASE look into that.

Nails done by Fallon! She takes her time doing the nails. THE designs are amazing they can pretty much do anything you want.
I was distracted of how the store is split into a hair salon as well. Perfect Combo!
I love the atmosphere and the girls have their own personality which is cool. I recommend you going here, and it was my first time. You have to call for an appointment, they get booked more in the afternoon.
I will go back. I’m not afraid to get a pedicure either.

I’ve Been in westchester for 12 years, and until a few days ago, I’ve only been to one salon in queens for my nails. But!!! Thanks to Unilocal,I decided to try nail factory express. Although a 4 hr experience (I was a Saturday walk in), it was well worth it. I usually wait until I’ve experienced an establishment more than once but I believe they’re worth the mention.
Give them a try!

I went in there with an idea of I wanted Michael Jackson nails, I didn’t really think they could do it, but they do everything and anything, I got an acrylic overlay o. My natural nails which came out really nice, she did it so well I couldn’t tell I had in acrylic on my real nails, they looked as if I had them just painted. My nail tech Fallon did an amazing job, I showed her a couple of pics and she even helped me choose at color which I went with white… She really took her time with my nails and I love them, I paid $ 30 for an overlay and two michael jackson designs I am really pleased with my nails and her work, she did such an amazing job I had to tip her 10 dollars just for effort and actually caring about my nails and what I wanted… Their talents here are unlimited !.. They do not talk walk ins so be sure to call for an appointment, I called this morning and was there by 1… It was so worth it!

Down to Earth, relaxed atmosphere & excellent Nail Service! Was able to get a same day appointment — did not have to wait too long & it wasn’t a rush job. Love it — will be back!

Called and got a same day appointment. YEAH! Luna introduced herself and has a very fun loving personality so I new I fohnd me a new nail spot. She asked if I wanted stylish or functional nails. In my head I think I came in wanting stylish but when she said functional, something in my brain was like umm you have three kids. So we went with short square acrylic tips with pure and gd glitter. And she created out of glitter a heart on two of my nails. At the end she did a uv gel top coat. She knows English so this was a plus. I took two of my kids and they were hanging out on the leather couches. This is a down to earth nail/​hair salon with out of the box creativity. Also had a pedicure by Maria which is another love. I showed her a pic of something I liked and she did her thing. While there I had the opportunity to speak to Kathy who does hair and can’t wait for her to braid both my boys hair. Idefinitely recommend this spot especially if you are tired of boring nails. Can’t wait to go back. And the owner, Kat will leave you inspired to go all out with your hair and nails. Kudos to Lunaand Maria.

This is a very low key spot on a busy two way street, Westchester Avenue. From the outside you would not be able to tell what wonders await. In the front of the shop is a barbor which made me turn away the first time. With the name Nail factory, looking to get my eyebrows done quickly and seeing a bunch of dudes, I thought, maybe they forgot to change the sign outside. But wait… look to your left and you may be enticed by manicure seating… step in and see the pedicure seat in the back with options of spa type manicures and pedicures (rose pedals included). And alast, in the back right lies the gem of the establishment. JUDY… she was welcoming and I was interested to see what miracles she would perform on my hair. She answered my questions with a quiet confidence and I knew she would totally hook up my highlights and cut. Was i right to expect exceptional work? YES!!! She was sweet and had a bunch of girls waiting for her. She is the only one who does hair in this spot so pack your patience. I do gaurantee, she is well worth the wait!
