McDonald’s

Not only do these people not speak English at an American McDonald’s, they don’t even get your order right, because they don’t speak English. I ordered a large and they fill the cup up halfway because they were annoyed I couldn’t understand Spanish. UNREAL. This doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. On top of it all the coffee was disgusting and undrinkable.

This review is after they fired that nasty management thats served food with hair inside and she also laid her hands on a worker.
I went for breakfast and the new store manager was AMAZING… and the food was also AMAZING. My hot chocolate was AMAZING AS WELL all side with my Hash Brown and sausage cheese Mc Griddle (Best I ever had at any location) .
I didn’t like that no one knew if they had any white hot chocolate and there co workers conversations about other customers was very loud and rude. For example «were that guy go he’s coffee getting cold, why would you order coffee and walk away»
But the management was so good and she even checked receipts for EVERY ONES ORDER. She was Kind and well mannered. She was even training one of her employees while I was there and she was very respectful and understanding to he’s mistake. I am happy this McDonald’s has new management and hopefully they get a new look. That McDonald’s is rely rely rely ugly.
I did not give four stars due to the loud ghetto rude conversations these girls had about other customers.

Fast courteous service with plenty of parking. The tow company diligently goes thru the restaurant making sure they won’t tow a paying customer’s car away. The food selection and prices are great.

I defintly rate this place a zero in my book, this place has been shut down by the health dept a year ago and the place is usually very dank indide, the workers are very unprofesional and rude, and its always a long line due to the fact of cashiers and workers chatting, joking around and when you get their attention they cop an attitude with you like your doing something wrong, there was a time i waited on line so long that it was up to about a half an hour wait and as Jessie S says that they are always running out of stuff which is so true, you ask for certain things and they either run out or they look at you crazy like they dont know what your talking about and like, they just gotta be trippin, its a very ghetto mcdonalds that deserves to be shut down, the white Castle thats just up the block has far better service despite their reputation of having stomach stopping burgers which goes for all White Castle, i definitly give this Micky ds a zero rating.

When you walk into the McDonald’s on Webster Ave at first glimpse it seems like it is going to be an average fast food experience. You walk up to the counter and see, «average serve time 36 second» and for a moment may think, damn that’s pretty good.
But it’s all a LIE. It should read record serve time 36 seconds, and I would bet money it’s for something like an apple pie.
I would stay away from ordering food here since it was shut down by the health department a year ago. I try to stick to the more safe stuff like coffee. How can they mess up coffee?
Well they can. The first time I ordered I got overly sweetened milk. There may have been a tablespoon of coffee in the whole thing. Awful.
The next time I went back (I would have never gone back but is the closest place to where I work) I had to stress that I wanted very little sugar and milk. This translated to ½ a cup of sugar and probably a cup of milk. I give up. I just wanted some iced coffee.
Also, be aware that this McDonalds is always out of everything. They generally do not have any salads or pseudo healthy options of any kind and will take 15 minutes to make you a cheeseburger.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Just go to the bodega down the street… it’s worth the walk!!!

These are the Inspection Details on this location. After visiting this location with friends time and time again since I was a young girl, all these inspection violations are obvious and disgusting. I’ve seen rats all over the drive thru area and their food taste old and nasty. You’ll probably be safe with soda or any food that doesn’t contain meat.
