I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was so bad I thought I would spare someone the same frustration. I took there my dress pants and dress shirts. When I got home, I was unpleasantly surprised to see my shirts were badly wrinkled, even though when I dropped them of I clearly explained to them these are slim fit shirts, so they need to pay attention when they press them. Looks like they didn’t even try. So disappointing.

It’s more expensive than the laundromat up on Riverdale Ave(Riverdale Laundry Incorporated) but these people are nice, nice, nice. The woman who took my laundry explained what she needed to charge for everything, warned me(when I was dropping off my laundry at 6 pm) that she could not get things done until tomorrow(oh rly? you do things same day, fr reals?), was patient with my request for no fabric softener, and when I picked up in the morning everything was all smiles. I’m really happy with this place, and while it is definitely double the price, it’s worth the money for the speed, the skill, and the smiles.

I dropped off my clothes to be washed on a Tuesday morning, was told I can pick it up the same day and was told they close at 10pm. I get there at 9.40p since I got out if work late and place is closed. So the next morning, I had to wake up early to pick up my clothes,(not happy considering I was looking forward to sleeping) since I had no clothes to wear. I explained to the attendant, a woman, that I was there yesterday st 9.40p and it was closed. Her response, well the computer time is set 15 minutes early so the woman in the evening comes in early and closes at 9.45p. HOWCONVENIENTFORTHEM!!! I did not receive a call to be notified they were closing early and the woman didnt even apologize. The clothes were nicely folded and clean, but consideration is out the window. If you advertise your closing time to be 10pm, it should be open until 10.00pm!
