INCOMPETENCE! I specifically direct that I want 5W20 Synthetic. I get the receipt and discover they used the bulk oil 5W30. I point this out, remind him that I specifically told him what I wanted and he replies that 20 is what the car gets when it’s new, not when it has high mileage (34K). We take a walk to the car, pop the hood and I point out that the cap specifically says 20, what I asked for, what I paid for… now, make it happen. I shouldn’t have to go through this!

As a female getting my car services can be very challenging. Many places like to take advantage at the fact that I’m a girl and may not know much about cars, so I try to stay away from the corner body shops to have my car serviced. I came upon this jiffy lube and I’m glad I did. They greeted me the minute I pulled up and made me feel very comfortable and walked me through every step of the process. The manager even explained to me the differences of the oils and what would work best for my vehicle without making me feel like he just wanted my money. I feel they were looking out for me. They even did a great job and cleaning my windows and vacuuming. They have a customer for life in me and I will be returning and recommending my friends and family. Thank you for making this an easy process for me. Did I mention they did all this in a JIFFY! Great experience!!!

This is the ONLY place I have my oil changed. I’ve been coming here since I had my first car, back in college and its right around the corner from my mechanic. These guys are awesome and their customer service is above par. Tony and the guys and girls make you feel comfortable. They are always respectful and will make you feel comfortable. I receive a free car wash coupon when I go. Their recommendations saved me. I had no clue my battery was leaking and decided to go in for an oil change. They told me that I needed a new battery, I was going to see my mechanic (around the corner) who noticed the additional damage that the battery caused. Even though I live out of state and work in the area, I’ll always come back to them.
Just so you guys know who this is, it’s E3’s mom. ;).

Great service here! Everyone here is warm and friendly. Normally service is very quick, I never have to wait more than 20 mins for an oil change. I’m not a mechanic whatsoever so it feels nice to have guys I can trust.

Not a real do it yourself kinda girl when it comes to automotives. However this time I did. Easy process, drove up to the open garages of competent service attendants. Nothing fancy waiting room with tv, windows full of warm sun coming through and divorce court on blast, basically best 45 min nap ever. Manager Kenny was very professional, gracious and knowledgable. Would go back again.

Very bad service! I was going to take my car for oil change and I waited for about 15 minutes while no one was at the counter to help me. Until the employer came to the counter, I told the Jiffy Lube employer the same thing and the employer didn’t acknowledged and ignored me. I told the employer that there was oil change with free car wash for $ 27.00 and tells me, «that’s only for high quality oil,» which it was not posted on it. I told the employer, «I’m out and you’re doing bad business.» They were ripping me off. I’d never go back there again.

Place was great. They got me in and out in 20 mins. They where very friendly and nice.
