John is horrible!!! He says he’s coming and ordered windows but really never did. Very unprofessional and rude. Then he never picks up the phone and ignores your texts as well. I heard he changed his business name after having many problems with customers. He’s a huge liar and should not be in business!!! I ordered windows since June and now it’s December and he stopped answering me since he ran out of excuses!!!

Called them several times and Im still WAITING. Would not recommend. Very Unprofessional. Mom and Pop store. I see why.
