Words cannot describe the experience I had with HDT and how grateful I am for my results. I found HDT through a Groupon and tried its unlimited month pass. I usually find it hard to stick with fitness classes, as I need to feel comfortable within a given environment and around the attendees. Angel made me feel like I was part of the family and still managed to give me personal attention even with a class full of people. He has this relationship with everyone, not to mention the support I received from the other members. Angel’s classes are setup with HIIT circuits with cool downs that actually produce results. I struggled for years with push-​ups and managed to build enough strength to get them done. My clothes got loose and my family and friends raved about my progress. I was so relieved, as I have struggled with my weight since I was a child and finally received results. You definitely should try HDT out and see for yourself!
