Horrible experience!!!
Dropped off my taxes two weeks ago to Ravien the office manager. Very nice and enjoyable meeting. I was supposed to get them in two days and she called and said she needed a little more time and passed it to another accountant Michael. Two weeks and 5 phone calls later, Michael never called me once and I was told Michael went on a break. Never received a phone call from this guy in the two weeks. I was told to come and pick up the paperwork. My taxes were time sensitive and now I have to start off over with another accountant.
