History

Established in 2008.

Growth Group was founded by Alexis Kimbrough during her senior year at Howard University, in Washington, DC. During the beginning stages, Growth Group focused solely on income tax preparation for individuals. After inquires from clients needing a small business accountant, Growth Group expanded the services to include both bookkeeping and accounting services for entrepreneurs.

Our Bronx, NY location strives to be a leader in small business accounting, taxation, and bookkeeping services. The services offered include state and local taxes such as sales and use, income, payroll and withholding, and personal property. We are currently serving clients nationwide and work with sole proprietors, partnerships, limited liability companies (LLC) and corporations as a New York small business accounting firm.

Meet the Manager

Christina O.

Manager

Christina O. received her B.A. Accounting from Binghamton University and Master of Taxation from American University. Christina is a New York CPA, tax expert and bookkeeper. She enjoys helping entrepreneurs meet their growth goals through coaching and sharing her accounting expertise of small businesses.

Prior to joining Growth Group, Christina spent many years at a large accounting firm, primarily preparing the income tax returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Christina has a passion and love for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and the like!
