First Star Towing

I would give tis place also a zero stars if I could. Although the response time was fairly quick, the rate was a complete scam and rip off. The dispatcher lied on the phone and took advantage of me and my son by raising the rate (from what we had previously agreed on) after the driver had already hitched my car. I recommend a different company if you want to keep your money and your sanity.

Fast response. Removed a vehicle blocking my driveway. Will use again. Very pleasant employees.

Dealt with Mike, and needed my car towed from one place to another. He was quick, and efficient.

Fast reliable service my car was broken down and they were there in 25 minutes to pick it up

Don’t call them. 15 minutes become 2 hours. Results I still called another company.

WARNING! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My car broke down an hour away from my house, called them at 1:30 in the morning for a tow. Their price seemed very reasonable and the operator on the phone was very polite and helpful. He told me to sit tight, and someone would be there shortly. After an hour went by, and there was no sign of our tow in sight, I thought I would give them a call back. Got no answer. Waited another hour, called back, no answer. About 30 seconds later, I got a text saying «on my way», I googled the number and saw it was a worker from First Star Towing, so I asked him about how long he thought he would be… and got NO response. An HOUR after that, I sent him my location just to make sure he had it, 30 minutes after that, I sent another text asking if he was still on his way. for those of you keeping track, it is now 5 in the morning, and I’m in an area that I’m not familiar with… I still got no response. I CAN NOT believe they left us stranded there, waiting and waiting. I finally got a hold of another tow company, and got to my house around 7:30.
Just before 9, I got a phone call from that same number that texted me «on my way.» I was tempted to answer, but I knew I would have just flipped out. Instead, I thought I would tell my story on Unilocal,and prevent this from happening to other people. I would suggest RJB, they are great guys who got to us quick and they have great prices! Hope this helps!

Needed to relocate 2 vehicles in my parking lot. I called another towing company the day before, they said that they would be here the next day. The next day, I called to confirm and was told that they were busy and would call me back. They never called or showed.
I called First Star Towing and they were here within 15 minutes (literally) after I called. They were very pleasant and courteous. The job was completed quickly and without a problem. I plan on using them again in the near future.

A random car was blocking my driveway, called for tow at 4:15 am on a Saturday morning, the truck showed up less than 20 minutes later. Fast service, definitely recommend this service
