Very clean, friendly, you can charge your phone, and they have almond milk. The only downside is there is no public restroom. They have seating for 8. This seems to be one of few exclusive coffee/​tea places in the area.

Good clean place helpful staff and good coffee not that much you need in a coffee spot. Only problem is the donuts taste stale sometimes and there a little to slow but other than that its a nice big spot to enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend
