If I could give zero stars I would. Cashiers speak badly about customers in front of them in native language. They take forever to fulfill your order, SKIP THIS DUNKIN DONUTS ON YOUR MORNING RUSH! You’ll be late for work. Asked the cashier for a courtesy cup and she has the rudeness to simply say no. We do not sell cups. It’s a courtesy cup! It literally costs you nothing! Have been living in the Castle Hill for more than 15 yrs. They have lost a customer !

Friendly service, lots of seating, pretty clean.
Just a bit too noisy every time the 6 train comes and goes on the elevated tracks just outside.
Great location though — grab your morning fix and get on the train and head to Manhattan. Love it.
