Eric’s comment on my previous review is not true. My intention was to ask him for permission to change to check but he basically hung up the phone without any explanation that check couldn’t be accepted. Besides, he never communicated that his people were near the building. It all comes from his arrogance. I tried to reach him after he hung up the phone and he didn’t pick it up at all.
It’s really a disappointment to see now after 9 months that he wants to defend his action.
