All done… nice and clean. Love the place!!! If you need an excellent and professional dentist, Dr. Tong is the man! This is my third time here and he just recently added a hygienist who was extremely patient and nice. Will strongly recommend this practice

FIRST AND LAST TIME USING THEM… MY REGULAR DENTIST CHANGED LOCATIONS SO I TRIED BEAUTIFUL SMILE. The front desk is attentive and helpful… but even they will not save you from the ridiculous charges you or your insurance will have to pay for this dentist. $ 1270.00 for a 6 month cleaning… NO, I AM NOT JOKING… AND YES, I TYPED IT CORRECTLY. I had no cavities, no extra work done… I don’t smoke and I don’t even drink coffee so 25 minutes in the chair was all it took… $ 1270.00 billed to my insurance company and they didn’t cover some of it because it was so excessive and the dental coverage representative didn’t understand what the charges were. Part of the bill was $ 255.00 for «oral evaluation» Bahahahah!!! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU HAVE TO EVALUATE FOR $ 255.00??? $ 300 for the cleaning… $ 50.00 for «oral hygiene instruction» CAN I MAKE $ 50.00 FOR TELLING SOMEONE TO BRUSH THEIR TEETH??? HAHAHAHAHAH!!! … and another few hundred for the X-​rays and films they used… $ 20.00 for «application of fluoride.» etc, etc… the list goes on and on with ridiculous charges. I work for New York City… we have the best health benefits anyone could want… and my out of pocket for a cleaning was $ 385.00 until I brought it to the attention of the front desk and worked something out with them. When I called my union, they said this sounds like one of 2 things… either a mistake or a dentist who charges $ 50.00 for using a q-​tip. Well, it wasn’t a mistake. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR IF YOU GO HERE. I wish I was more computer savvy, I’d upload a picture of the bill.
