I’ll start this review by saying that this rating is based on multiple times visited. The first time I ever came to this restaurant was a disaster, it was dinner time and it was packed. They brought out the wrong food, old, cold, disgusting. It was a horrible experience. Since then, I refused to ever come back here. Well, that changed as the past month I’ve visited twice and the service(and food) has improved tremendously. The second time I visited I ordered the chicken and shrimp with the peach sangria. The sangria was absolutely disgusting but the food was okay. They forgot to add the Cajun sauce on it so it was very bland for two meals for $ 20 I guess it was okay. The third time I came here(again I didn’t want to visit) was during lunch and let me just say, THISPLACESHOULDONLYBEVISITEDDURINGLUNCHHOURS. What a difference the lunch crew makes from the dinner crew. My food was made CORRECT and it was GOOD.(The chicken club sandwhich and the chicken mac and cheese) plus this time I ordered the apple sangria and it was yummy. In the end, come here for a cheap fast lunch while you’re shopping but skip the dinner bc apparently the kitchen can’t handle a busy restaurant.

Phenomenal staff, great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Everytime i come here i must say i have never been displeased. Our server Tiffany took great care of my friend and I. She was very tentative and detailed despite how busy it was. MUCHO L.I.T — Made with love and made sure it was good before I walked away. Spinach Dip for appetizer was great. The dip came out hot, and totilla was fresh. Chicken quesadilla was great as well, hot nd cheese was melted and gouey with each bite. Taken a couole bites fron the chicken cheese pasta was AMAZING. Then to top it off the mini brownie A la mode was just the right size to top off. Best applebees to come to by far.

Great atmosphere for a neighborhood spot. Order a 3 for $ 17 appertizer special and mozzarella sticks, some type of sprimp, and beer battered pretzels. The pretzels only come with 2 pretzel sticks! So the waiter suggested we speak with the supervisor who was GREAT! He explained to us that the pretzels only come with two when you order the special, but since we didn’t know he’s going to give us two more. He already had a great attitude to began with so when he offered us the extra the pretzel sticks I just had to review this place. The ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because our waiter ignored my husband basically and only engaged me.

Went to Applebee’s las night and it was interesting. The wait time for a booth was longer than necessary. Once seated, the waitress took forever to bring out drinks(and that wasn’t the worst part). Once we got our drinks we ordered our meals. I ordered a soup and chicken wonton tacos. About 30 mins passed and the waitress comes back(after I received my tacos) and says«oh we are out of soup». I’m like you waited 30 mins to tell me that. Smh. Terrible. And to put the icing on the cake, when we asked for a to go container and the check, she agrees but then goes to the bar to converse with some friends who came to visit(she didn’t realize that we could see her right across from where we were sitting). I hope I never get her as a waitress again(I hope nobody else does). Maybe it was jus a bad night for her but still at least try to give good service. Btw, the wonton tacos are the

All of the servers were very nice and polite. Our waitress Janice was very sweet and she came to check on us often. The food was hot and came out fast. I was very satisfied with this location.

I’m not an Applebees fan, but it’s the only option besidesSubway in this shopping plaza. I’m currently here… Been waiting for 1 hour. My french fries and chicken tenders have yet to come. I order that because I figured it was the fastest option on time menu… APPARENTLYNOT. Thank goodness I didn’t get anything complicated like ribs. Maybe they had to catch the chickens! We asked for it to go… And continue waiting. We did finally get a drink refill after waiting 30 minutes; that was nice. The attitudes we got for asking for refills was not. Conclusion — I remember why I am not an Applebees fan. Save your money and go To Subway if in the Bronx Terminal Market. –1

I can honestly say that today I had the worst experience at this stablishment. I’m a chef and my specialty are meats so I would know when a meat is overcooked and whatnot. So I go in expecting my steak to be medium, they come out with a steak that was cooked in a microwave and overcooked. I tell the server what happened and he had the audacity of telling me that I have no idea what I’m talking about and that it was done on the grilled and that it was medium. I don’t think I should of paid for something that I didn’t ask for and something that was done wrongly. I’m for sure not going back there again.

Decent place for a quick bite to eat, nice atmosphere good people friendly staff. The happy hour special is amazing with lots of choices. I like that you can order from the mini portable screen which is placed on our table. However you can only order appetizers and deserts through this, if your going to allow us to order you should allow us to order what we want including entrees and drinks. The food came out relatively quick and was freshly prepared although the Thai wings I would have preferred a little more well done. Our waiter was friendly but kind of lost track of us because I was running low on my cup and after getting her attention twice and waiting a few minutes she finally came and asked what I needed, maybe they should give the waiters less tables so they can focus more on customer service. I waited about 30 minutes for a table because the only way you can get the happy hour special is by sitting next to the bar area. I wild come back because the overall experience was pleasant.

I do not like Applebee’s. I literally settled here as I met w/my gf for shopping. We did Happy Hour and I will say that I was very happy that they had Lemonade. One of my fave sips is Vodka and Lemonade and unlike most bars– they had it. So there’s my good thing to say. As for bites, my gf did chicken fingers– she said it was meh and I did the mozzarella sticks. I love Cheese so I never really go wrong with that. Will I trip up and land in Applebee’s again? Most likely. I can work w/what’s available… sometime.

Most horrible service ever. It took nearly an hour to get two appetizers, and over an hour for a side salad. A SALAD. How does a veggie burger come first than a salad? Definitely never coming back here. Though our waiter was friendly, the service was slow, and he was nowhere near to be found when we wanted his help.

Surprisingly good! The waiter was wet behind the ears but he did his best and it was adequate. I ordered a chicken and mushrooms dinner and it was delicious. The cooks nailed it! My friend had ribs and they were pretty good, standard Applebee’s stuff. The drinks were the best part of the meal. I had a HUGE glass of sangria, it was perfect. My friend had a margarita and it was also very generous and tasty. The music was a little loud but it was a Friday afternoon, so that was forgivable. I will definitely come back.

Because I’m happy! Is the song that was playing as we arrived for happy hour. Hoping the song was inspiration for the night we sat in the bar area. Except for the table behind us with children, the experience was pleasant overall. We took advantage of the happy hour specials and ordered a food items off of the appetizer menu that were half off. We ordered boneless chicken wings, mozzarella sticks and quesadillas with no bacon. The food did not take long to come out which was nice considering how crowded the restaurant was. All the food came out hot and our waiter remembered no bacon! I love me some good customer service. To go along with our appetizers and to distract us from the adorably loud kids behind us, we ordered some cocktails as well. As per our waiter’s suggestion we ordered strawberry margaritas. Our waiter warned us that the Bahama Mamas were not very strong and we wanted some bang for our buck. Our first round was decent, mine was on the rocks and hers was frozen, no complaints. However my second round of margaritas on the rocks tasted more like juice than a margarita. I chopped it up to being busy but that was the end of my happy hour indulgement of adult beverages. Besides that, the experience was pretty much typical. I will say that our server was attentive and checked in on us often. I was pleased with that because like I said it was busy.

I tend to avoid this location. The level of service here is horrendous. We sat at the bar for about 15 minutes watching customer after customer and an employee in between approach the bartender about an issue with their drinks or their bill. Not quite understanding what was going on, we diverted our attention back to our menus. As we attempted to order, we quickly realized what was going on. The bartender spoke no english. She squinted and nodded alot but we had to play the point and nod game with her. Our food came out fairly quickly. We decided to stay with drafts so as to not experience what so many other patrons had gone through. I really wanted a Bahama Mama. When it was time to settle the bill, the situation turned into a whole new animal. We had a number of charges on our bill that were incorrect. Having learned that they were running a late night happy hour when we arrived(it was about 10:45pm), our apps were supposed to be half off. The bartender could not explain anything to us nor could we communicate with her. A manager(very nice fellow) came out from the kitchen area looking annoyed and rightfully so as we had saw him come back and forth to correct errors electronically at least a dozen times while we were there. Food was normal Applebee’s fare however I think in this day and age, people interfacing so closely with customers should speak english.
