This clinic REFUSED to see a sick baby simply because they were not local residents. Their reason was «Because you are not able to become an established patient». This is criminal– I though the first rule with doctors was to DO NO HARM!

I called to make an appointment for my one year old for a nasty rash and fever to make sure it was nothing serious. I was told they refused to see him because we weren’t able to become an established patient being that we lived out of town and were visiting the area. Little did they know is we were in the area for interviews because we are trying to move here in 2 weeks!!! Now they will never get our business when we do move here simply because they don’t follow ethical guidelines to care about patients. They should be ashamed of themselves and if it is just the secretary being mean, then she should be immediately fired.
