The UPS Store

I just had one of THE MOST PAINFUL experiences of my life in this store! I went in to send out a passport application and it took this guy over twenty minutes to process my package. Mind you it was already labeled and sealed. So he had some suggestions in his opinion of what I should do to get it back faster, so I said sure so ahead. Then I’m not sure he knew how to execute this suggested plan of his. While he figured that out, he answers the phone twice. Which I guess if I was the customer calling, if be grateful for his customer service. But the 7 people standing behind me probably didn’t think so. I couldn’t tell him to hurry because expediting a passport is a really important process but it was one of the most painful processes of my life. I could understand it if the guy just started working there but he did mention that he’s done this process several times in the last five years that he’s worked there…

My boyfriend went in to mail his Head Country BBQ sauce. He specifically asked for bubble wrap only. They ended up putting peanuts in with the bubble wrap.
I give it a 3 because the clerk was rude to him.
