The gracefulness of pilates combined with the toughness of gym machinery. Meet the pilates reformer.
I’ve always wanted to try the pilates reformer, so I was really excited when I saw the Groupon for this place. When you first start, you’ll take the «Fundamentals» class to get used to the movements that will be used. After that, you move to the «Beginner» class.
Teresa and Beth are both awesome & caring teachers. Classes here are small (max of 5 people), so everyone always gets proper attention needed.
If you want to try a new workout routine, I strongly recommend the pilates reformer! It’s a fun way to work out for an hour.
