The food is good, especially the sausage rolls, but they run out of everything by 9 – 9:30. The last THREE times I’ve tried to purchase donuts they were done making them! It was still early enough. I won’t be wasting my time anymore. Also, if you try to order a specialty drink/sandwich be prepared to wait 20 minutes. Not an exaggeration either. Customer service is also weird, not to be mean but they seemed pretty clueless with zero understanding of how to run a business.

This place is next door to a tanning salon I used to frequent, so I stopped here a few times. It definitely has a «mom and pop» feel to it, and I remember the hours being weird. They were only open like 3 hours a day or something. Maybe that’s changed now as I haven’t been there in at least a year. I don’t drink coffee, so I got a chai tea latte each time. It was all right, but I remember thinking it wasn’t as good as Starbucks. Also, one time, they made too much for my cup size and then just gave me the extra in another cup??? I mean, thanks, but it was kind of odd, holding my two cups there. Well, waste not, want not, I guess!

This is not the kind of review I like to write, but in fairness to people who eat here, I feel I must. Yesterday, I went in to buy a cream-filled, chocolate donut. The owner said she didn’t have any made, but she would have one made. While that was happening, she made my café mocha. I was standing up at the counter chatting to the owner and could see into the kitchen. While I watched, I saw her helper pick up an éclair and spread chocolate icing on with HERFINGER! No gloves! I was aghast! I said something to the owner and she went over and said something to the helper, but the damage was done. I could not eat my food. I paid for it and then promptly threw it in the trash. I’m sorry, but fingers on my food. I know this happens in restaurants, but I’ve never seen it done. I will NEVER go to this place again.

Donuts were good, but customer service was a total joke. Had to wait several minutes for someone to even come out to the counter. I know everyone has«off days,» but this guy wasn’t friendly or very helpful. Ordered a plain sausage roll for my 3y/o and was given one with jalapenos. Still sitting here and no one is out front. The place is dirty, too. Mustard and icing on the tables, crumbs and gunk on the floors. Not sure if the donuts are worth it.

I love this place and so do both of my boys. We are always greeted with smiles and receive EXCELLENT customer service. I love the fact that I can take my boys to a donut shop and receive adult food at the same place. You can’t go wrong with this place, everything from the donut to the quiche is excellent. You can’t go wrong with this place.

I would give this place a 4, but the donuts are pretty pricey. They tasted great, and I’m all about supporting local businesses, so we will be back. They used a decent quality bacon on their bacon and maple donut, though I wish they would have chopped the bacon up and sprinkled it over the top instead of just one continuous strip. This place is worth checking out!

I am all for local businesses, which is why my husband and I decided to visit this morning. We had passed it a few times a week since it opened but had never stopped in. The donuts are displayed behind the workers with no labels on what is what(except for the Red Velvet donut and the Pumpkin Spice) so I had to look around the workers and guess what was what. I guess I am a donut shop snob b/c I like the donuts in a case in the front where I can at least point at them if I don’t know exactly what they’re called. My husband got a Maple Bacon donut and an Apple Fritter; I got a Red Velvet(really good) with white icing and a Cinnamon Sugar Twist(not sweet, which was weird since it’s covered in sugar). We liked the donuts, but didn’t feel they were the worth the price(the above named donuts plus one more Maple Bacon was $ 10). We usually go to another locally run donut shop, get a HUGE Bearclaw, a maple twist, a cinnamon sugar cake donut, and a HUGE filled donut for $ 3.50 or so. The line was too chaotic to ask about the«customized» donuts, we just wanted to get what we got and go. We might go back if they have a Groupon for the donuts, instead of the cupcakes.

Staff was very friendly and told me what their special donuts were. They have maple and bacon long johns which they said were popular. We got a fritter, long john, sour cream, cookies n cream, and two scones: chocolate chip and cinnamon. The long John and sour cream donuts were great. Fritter was very good but a bit greasy. Cookies n cream was ok. Haven’t had one of these before so nothing to compare it to. Scones were ok. They tasted more like cookies. The ones at Panera are better. You can get a dozen regular donuts for $ 7. We will definitely visit again.
