Discount Tire Store – Broken Arrow, OK

This place is great! Honestly, the best service I have ever received. They are unlike any other tire shop. Everyone was so incredibly nice, and they are the model for great customer service. Every person seems to know what they are talking about and provide fast service — not only that, but all of the work that is done on your car will be of high quality. I can see why they are so busy! I would recommend discount tires to anyone! Even to people in other states.

I’ve bought tires from Dicount Tires when I lived in California. Swore that’s where I would buy all my tires. So I went to the store in Broken Arrow. Good service. Friendly at the counter. Good prices and selection. But… When my wife and I rolled in there to put tires on both of our cars, we had decorative chrome valve stem caps on her car. When we left, they told me the TPMS sensor was on because they were new tires and would reset itself. Got in the car the next morning to run a couple errands and the sensor was still saying 3 of 4 tires were low. So I decide to check them. I reach down and find that Discount Tires has a thieving scum bag in their shop. Instead of the chrome valve stem caps, I now have some cheesy gray plastic ones. I guess they thought they needed them worse than we did. And low and behold, 3 of 4 tires were under inflated. As soon as I put air in, the sensor went off. Moral to the story is, if you have something nice, no matter what the cost. You may want to take it off and hide it before you visit this store. Amazing how something so little is worth someone’s job. I spent $ 1700 towards that jerks paycheck and this is what I get in return. I HATE thieves.

I’ve never seen a company more concerned for customer safety than they were for their own profit margin… until today. This was mind blowing customer service that left me amazed. I will never go anywhere else!

Holy smokes, these people are friendly. It’s the kind of friendliness that makes you suspicious because you’re like, «Why are you being so nice to me?» I’ve been in here three times now though and so now I know they’re just nice people.
They’re pretty fast, too. I’m an idiot when driving, apparently, and have damaged/​destroyed THREE tires in an equal amount of years (kill me…), and I feel like this place has always been very fair in their pricing and timely in their repairs.

I just went in to get the tires on my truck rotated and balanced. It was pouring rain and pretty busy. Before I was two steps inside the door Adam from the Discount Tire Team met me and shook my hand. Asked me what I needed and got it done. He had a positive attitude and made it easy as possible. Not only will I be a returning customer but I will recommend this location to anyone looking for wheel and tires. Awesome atmosphere because of guys like Adam.

I’ve been to Discount Tires a number of times. The customer service is excellent! Very professional! As a manager of an oil/​lube location, if my customers ask about new tires, I will always recommend them here. Great job guys!

— Driving Up: Very new, very clean. No tun-​offs on the outside.
— Lobby/​Wait Area: Again, very new and clean (shop is only a year old I think) The whole lobby is filled with stands that showcase tires and wheels, informational posters on how tires work and what to look out for in regards to tread. Very nice lobby, I enjoy wakling aroun a reading it all.
— Customer Service: Greeted upon entry. friendly front-​line and mechanics alike. all very helpful and knowledgeable. Cory, the asst. Manager helped me with my initial purchase in March or April 2014 and was fantastic. I’m tire ignorant and he walked me through the whole process and explained the benefits of different tire types very effectively. Just this week I hit a rough patch of road and had a nice little gouge in the side of my tire, I was sad. Fortunately, I bought the warranties with the tires on my initial purchase, got a new $ 90 60,000 mile tire replaced for nothing. I did think it was weird that I had to buy a replacement warranty for the new tire — I would assume it passes on to the new tire, but whatever. It’s $ 17. (this warranty part is why I give ⁴⁄₅ not ⁵⁄₅ stars)
— Service: Initial installation was very fast, 4 branch new tires and wheels installed in about 30 minutes. It’s also pretty cool that they have a large glass window into the work area so you can see all the worker bees buzzing around putting new tires on their 5 car garage.
— Product: I really can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the product they put on my car. I opted to get the better wheels. (I believe they referred to them as performance tires, 60,000 mile tires) The difference from my almost-​bald tires to the new ones was so drastic! the road noise was reduced almost completely and it drove SO smoothly. It was like driving on air. Loved that experience.
Literally my only qualm was that I had to «re-​up» the warranty on the new tire, I was told initially that it was free to replace the tire if something happened to it — they didn’t tell me about $ 17 to re-​up the warranty, that kind of put me off.
If you want good tires at a good price or are looking for some nice new wheels to put on their, this is a great place to go covered by amazing (really unparalleled) guarantees and warranties.

This is one of the honest tire shops out there. They are friendly and quick. My fiancé drives a lot for her work and in the past 3 months has had to have three of her tires replaced due to nails or screws puncturing the tires. When she bought her original set of tires here, she thankfully purchased insurance (which I normally discourage because it’s usually just a way for a company to make money). Every time her tire has gotten low, she drove straight there and they put a spare on within 30 minutes, ordered her a brand new tire, and replaced in for $ 25 within a 24 hour period. Excellent and knowledgeable staff and service.

I’ve been to Discount Tire 3 times — once to get new tires, once to rotate those tires, then the other day when I ran over a screw. I was leaving work and my tire pressure sensor came on. I’m so happy it wasn’t flat! I went by QT to try and air it up but the light wouldn’t go off. I am not handy with cars (at all) so I sent my husband a text and asked what I should do. He told me to go to Discount Tire since they fix flats for free. I prayed the entire way over there that my tire wouldn’t poop out, but it made it and they got my car into a bay within 5 minutes.
They were super busy the night I went (several people with the same issue I had due to construction in the area) so I had to wait about an hour. Thankfully the manager was constantly going out into the garage to check on the progress of certain cars, and was being as hospitable as possible in the waiting area. They made sure to fill up all of my tires, and even let me back my car out of the bay.
The waiting area is clean with several chairs, and they usually offer water and coffee but that day they appeared to be out. Maybe it was because it was an hour before closing time, who knows. I appreciated them being open until 6, and the thorough work checking out all of the tires. The workers here are friendly, and that helps a lot when you’re already stressed out about your car!

I woke up to a low tire and discovered a screw in it. I pulled into the first place I could find. Discount tire. I sit here in awe. I have never seen this level of service in ANY business. These guys are top of the line in service levels. Listening to the service they are providing on the phone before a person steps into the establishment is remarkable. I won’t be using any other tire place other than this. WOW. Oh and repairing my tire free of charge. Friendly smiles, hand shakes, coffee, bottled water and fast service. I am on my way
